Egoza barbed wire made of composite materials

Barbed wire of various types and designs is widely represented on the world market – ordinary single- and double-base barbed wire, Egoza razor wire of various diameters, sometimes coated with polymer paint to give it color or instead of zinc coating to protect it from corrosion. But we present a completely new type of barbed wire – reinforced and unreinforced Egoza razor wire made of polymer or composite materials.

The emergence of such Egoza barbed wire is the result of long-term studies of the features of various types of barbed wire and Egoza razor wire, which served as the basis for patents for invention – patent of Ukraine No.102841 section of the IPC B21F 25/00, E04H 17/04, Russian patent No.2475326 IPC section: B21F 25/00 and Kazakhstan patent No.24686 IPC section B21F 25/00, the author of which is Tkachenko Yuri Vladimirovich.

Our Egoza razor wire can be made of plastic or composite material with or without steel wire reinforcement, depending on the required barrier parameters and operating conditions. Such barbed wire can be given any color – aggressive, or vice versa, camouflage.

The main advantages of our Egoza barbed wire made of composite materials are a long service life – there is no corrosion at all, low production costs and less weight – polymers are cheaper and much lighter than metal, in addition, the waste goes completely to secondary production, the ability to give any color, the possibility of reinforcement is not galvanized wire – the polymer reliably protects against corrosion, as well as the ability to give almost any shape to Egoza barbed wire made of composite materials.
