Inside the frame placed in any number of similar multipath components, the ends of the rays which are the dimensions of the barbed tape, envelope spiral frame.
  2. Security fence as claimed in point 1, which is characterized by the security member that is provided with positive drive rotation of its multipath components.
  3. Security fence as claimed in point 1, is characterized in the multipath rays striking elements are provided with additional elements as attached to them in a chaotic manner or tapered symmetric branches of different lengths, or sharp spikes, or wrapped barbed tape.
  4. The security barrier according to points 1-3, which is characterized in that the security element comprises a plurality of frames and their envelopes barbed tape disposed coaxially with respect to one another.

The invention relates to the field of building security installations and systems, which include barbed elements, and can be used for the manufacture of security pens, used to prevent unauthorized access of people and animals on sensitive sites.

Famous fencing to protect against thieves, cattle and other large animals, which contains the horizontal model of a metal bracket fixed to the vertical column and the vertical lath that are welded to said crossbar with a certain interval. Poles and made of rolled metal lath with straight dihedral angles. The upper ends of the pillars and lath are length to each direct dihedral angle to form the spike on the ends [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 from the class E04N17 / 14 published in 27.03.2007].

The main disadvantage of this is the lack of fences protecting its property from thieves. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Since the fence has a flat structure and lath is installed at regular intervals from one another, you can effortlessly take hold of the horizontal bar between the lath and easy to climb over the fence without damaging of thorns. Thus, the well-known fencing is effective only as an obstacle to large animals, but is not effective as a security barrier against thieves.

This disadvantage is eliminated in the security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of spherical security elements, each of which includes a reinforced twisted barbed tape wound on the wire-base or barbed tape compression at the portion of the side surface of the wire-base Formation in space frame. The space frame is made in the shape of a sphere, which is formed meridional coils wound or crimped barbed tape and rigid equatorial ring installed inside the coils wound or crimped barbed tape. Coils wound or crimped barbed tape bonded to each other at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. Security barrier thus reduces. Ready first spherical security element is attached to a vertical or inclined stand at the poles of the sphere and on-site security abroad. Further, adjacent to the first spherical security member disposing the second, third and so on similar spherical security elements over the whole length of the safety barrier, forming a security boundary [see Russian Federation Patent №2272113 from the class E04N17 / 04 published in 20.03.2006].

The main disadvantage of this safety barrier is that the spherical security elements are not bonded to each other over the length of security abroad. Therefore, any of them are quite easy to rip off the counter or pull, tilt it downwards, taking, for example, a conventional hook to form a free passage through the security line as the adjacent spherical security elements prevent such failure or limb of one of them: after all, the spherical elements are not linked. And it is this fact (lack of unity and integrity of the structure over the entire length) dramatically reduces the effectiveness of the protection of sensitive sites using the following security barrier.

The closest in its essence and the attainable effect, and which is accepted as the prototype, is a security fence which comprises at least one security member formed in a twisted spiral barbed tape with multiple nodes that support it, and fitted at intervals from each other. Security element in the form of a spiral barbed tape may be several, and also the spiral may have different diameters, base section and a vertical section, between which is placed a spiral barbed tape. The turns of the spiral sections are attached to the unit support in two places, which allows you to create horizontal and vertical resistant barrier [see The international application WO 2007/078307 of the number of class V21F25/00 published in 12.07.2006].

The main disadvantage of the well-known security fence is its low barrier properties. It’s pretty easy to overcome, since the security element is fixed relative to the nodes to support it. This circumstance – the immobility of the security element – it allows you to cover any sheet material, for example, a tarpaulin, and that is how to completely eliminate the effect of cutting barbed spikes damaging elements of the security barrier. More for submunitions, in this case, on the contrary, even provide some assistance to the attacker, holding the canvas material spike barbed tape from slipping, which allows him to overcome the barrier freely, climbing over the security barrier, and thus penetrate the regime object.

The basis of the utility model the task of raising the technical and operational characteristics of security barriers and enhance the security of sensitive sites due to the impossibility of placing it on any coatings to neutralize the harmful effect of cutting barbed spines barbed tape by the security element movable relative to its supporting components.

This object is achieved in that the security fence, which includes at least one security member formed in a twisted spiral barbed tape with multiple its supporting units mounted at intervals from each other, according to the proposal, barbed tape shielding member is wound on the frame, formed by several straight line segments strung barbed tape, the ends of which are fixed to shafts of multi shaft elements mounted freely rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the security element in bearings mounted on support nodes as well as to impart a total hardness security element during its considerable length. Inside the frame placed multipath similar elements in any desired amount, the ends of the shafts which are the dimensions of the barbed tape, covering frame spiral.

To increase the deterrent effect of aggressive or security member may have forced the rotational drive of its multipath components.

To enhance the effect of damaging shafts of the multipath components can be provided with additional striking elements in the form of a symmetric or randomly assigned them by sharpened branches of different lengths, or sharp prongs or wrapped barbed tape.

It is understood that the frame and covering barbed tape may be several. In such a case that security barriers are disposed coaxially relative to the longitudinal axis of the security element.

Due to the fact that the security element is movable, in particular, turning in a horizontal flatness, it is impossible to fix any coating or grab arms for barbed tape or rays and catch up. In both cases, because of the hand applying the load eccentricity relative to the axis of rotation, multipath components required to crank bearings and do not allow an attacker to climb over the security element.

Thus, the proposed security barrier achieves a technical result of the task. Further essence of the proposed technical solution is explained in conjunction with illustrative material on which the following picture:

  • Figure 1 – a plan view of the proposed security element.

Equipment variants ray multipath components additional striking elements:

  • Figure 2 – shaft with sharp spikes;
  • Figure 3 – shaft coiled barbed tape;
  • Figure 4 – shaft with pointy branches.

Each section of the proposed security barrier comprises a security element 1 is situated predominantly horizontally and mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are designed as mainly vertical uprights 3 with the radial bearing 4 at its upper end.

The security element 1 has a twisted spiral barbed tape 5 wound on a frame formed by several straight line segments strung barbed tape 6, the ends of which are fixed on the shafts 7, 8. The multipath components of multipath components 8 are mounted for free rotation about a central longitudinal axis of the security element 1 4 in the bearings.

To make the overall stiffness security element 1 at its considerable length, inside the frame can be placed in any number of multipath similar elements 8, the ends of which shafts 7 protrude beyond the edges of the barbed tape 5, which skirts the spiral cage. To increase the aggressiveness or deterrent effect multipath elements 8 may be provided with rotational drive force of any known design (not shown in view of common knowledge). Forced rotation of multipath elements 8 causes the rotation of the frame with barbed tape 5 that visually increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and is used when an attempt to penetrate the regime object becomes apparent. To enhance the striking features of multipath shafts 7 elements 8 can be provided with additional striking elements in the form set out for them in a chaotic or a symmetrical manner with sharp spines or 9 wrapped barbed tape 10 or 11 secured pointy branches of different lengths. The proposed security barrier works as follows.

When someone is trying to grasp the barbed tape 5 or 7 rays of hands and tightened security element 1 twist necessarily with multi shafts elements 8 around the longitudinal axis, and the area for which the seized arms, would be at the bottom, it will not allow climbing over the security element 1. When attempts to intercept arms for barbed tape other areas 5 or for other Rays 7, all happen again thanks to the next rotation of the security element 1 with multipath elements 8 bearing 4. The same will happen when you try to cover the security element 1 in any sheet material, while trying to climb on this material, because of the eccentricity, the security element 1 will rotate, giving an attacker to climb a security element 1. Therefore, climb over the proposed security barrier is not possible.

In addition, the presence of additional shafts 7 striking elements in the form of sharp spikes 9, barbed tape 10 or 11 branches sharpened generally makes it impossible to capture arms that still more increases security barrier properties of the proposed security barrier.

Essential difference of the proposed technical solutions known from the above is that the security element is movable, in particular rotatable, and the rays of multipath components are equipped with additional striking elements in the form of spikes, claws or branches barbed tape. These differences, together, eliminate any possibility of overcoming the security element by the rotation of the security element in the case of giving any burden thereto. This circumstance allows us to consider the proposed security barrier almost insurmountable. None of the prior art security barriers can possess mentioned properties, because their safety elements either fixed or they have structural integrity in length.

The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The security barrier "Cobra" does not contain any components and assemblies that it would be impossible to recreate in the present stage of development of science and technology, in particular, the production of safety barriers and security barriers is therefore acceptable for industrial use, has the technical and other advantages over known such technical solutions for the proposed principle of fixing the security element to the support of its sites, which confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject. In the known sources of information is not revealed these security barriers with these essential features of the proposal, and therefore the proposed fence relies so that can receive legal protection.

The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solutions, in comparison with the prototype are the following:

  • Increase the security properties due to the fact that the security element is a turning on the elements that support it;
  • Increasing the overall stiffness of the security element in its considerable length due to the presence of intermediate multipath components;
  • Increasing destructive properties by equipping additional elements multipath shafts striking elements;
  • Increasing deterrent effect due to the forced rotation of the security element;
  • Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites due to the inability to overcome the security barriers.

Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution are in comparison with the prototype obtained by the impossibility of penetrating sensitive sites.

The economic effect of the introduction of the proposed technical solution is compared with the prototype, obtained due to ease the manufacturing fence and to use it for the common components and materials.

After the description of the proposed security barrier, specialist in the following area should be apparent that all the above is merely illustrative, and not limiting, having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications of the security element, particularly the number, size barbed tape used actuators and bearings, variants of ribbons frames, number, length and thickness of the shafts in the multipath components can vary in different ratios, and of course, within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approaches knowledge in the art and such are considered to fall within the scope of the technical solutions.

The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the security element is turning, and the shafts of multipath components are equipped with additional striking elements, and that these factors, combined, allow to purchase the offer listed security fence and other benefits. Change and use of only the individual components of the security fence, naturally limits the range of benefits mentioned above, and cannot be considered as new technical solutions from the field of knowledge, as others, such as those described security fence will no longer require any creativity of designers and engineers, and therefore not be relied upon the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property that fall under the protection of security documents.
