Usage: in the manufacture of security barriers with striking elements used to prevent unauthorized access of people and animals on sensitive sites. The inventive safety fence comprises at least one security element of one or more coils of barbed wire Egoza drum with sharp spikes and its supporting components mounted at an interval from each other. The protective member is a shaft on the outer cylindrical surface of which is fixed, preferably radially, a plurality of razor-barbed elements carried out in a tapered pin, wherein the windings of the barbed wire Egoza wound rectilinearly or helically directly on said shaft and/or straight or helically tapered pins on and supporting units are arranged in a rack with radial bearings at its upper end in which the ends of said shaft has a protective element to allow rotation of the latter. The shaft of the security element can be provided with positive drive rotation. The shaft may be made fixed, and its outer surface is constituted by a movable cylindrical tube, loosely fitting the shaft. Razor-barbed elements can be equipped with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical pointed branches of different lengths, or thorns or barbed wire wrapped. Technical advantages: increased protective properties; increasing technical and operational characteristics; increasing destructive properties; increasing the barrier properties; increase the deterrent effect; improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites.
The invention relates to building security installations and systems, which include barbed cutting elements, particularly barbed and may be used for the manufacture of protective barriers used to prevent unauthorized entry of people and animals on sensitive sites.
The following fence to protect against thieves, that contains a horizontal crossbar from a corner, attached to vertical poles, vertical fence welded to said crossbar with a certain interval between them. Poles and fence made of metal rolling straight dihedral angles. At the ends of the poles and fence length have every right dihedral angle to form a spike on one end [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 class E04N 17/14 published in 27.03.2007].
The main drawback of this sampling is insufficient protective properties. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Since the fence has a flat structure and fence installed at intervals in between, you can easily take hold of the horizontal crossbar between fence and easy to climb over the fence without damaging of the thorns, and thus penetrate the regime object.
This disadvantage is eliminated in the security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of spherical protective elements, each of which includes a reinforced twisted barbed tape wound to the wire-base or barbed tape, crimping a portion of the side surface of the wire-base formation in space frame. The space frame is formed in the shape of a sphere formed meridional windings wound or crimped barbed tape and rigid equatorial ring installed inside the coils wound or crimped barbed tape. Coils wound or crimped barbed tape bonded to each other at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. Ready first spherical protective element is attached to a vertical or inclined stand at the poles of the sphere and on-site security abroad. Further, near the first spherical protective element mounted 2-1 spherical protective member and, further, subsequent similar spherical protective elements on the entire length of the security boundary [see Russian Federation patent №2272113 class E04N 17/04 published in 20.03.2006].
The main drawback of this security barrier is spherical protective elements are not fastened (not connected) with each other along the length of the security boundary. Therefore, any one of them is easy enough to disrupt or delay, for example, taking an ordinary hook behind barbed tape to form a free passage through the protective line as the rest of the spherical protective elements prevent such failure or limb of one of them. It is this fact reduces the effectiveness of the protection of sensitive sites using the given security barrier.
The closest in its essence and attainable effect, taken as a prototype, is a protective barrier, which includes at least one security element in the form of a twisted spiral barbed tape or razor wire Egoza supporting multiple nodes, spaced at intervals from each other. Protective elements in the form of spirals of barbed wire can be several, as well as a spiral may have different diameters of a base section and a vertical section, between which is placed a spiral of barbed tape. The turns of the spiral sections are attached to the support site that allows you to create horizontal and vertical resistant barrier [see the International applications №WO 2007/078307 class V21F 25/00 published 12.07.2006].
The main disadvantage of the following security barrier is low barrier properties. It’s quite easy to overcome, due to the immobility of the security element. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Fixed protective element is easily covered by a sheet material, such as tarpaulins, and thus, eliminate the razor-barbed damaging effect submunitions security barrier. Moreover, the amazing elements in this case, on the contrary, will help an attacker, holding the sheet material teeth barbed wire Egoza slipping from her that could allow an attacker to further smoothly climb over the security barrier on the matter and thus to penetrate the regime object.
Another significant disadvantage of the given security barrier is its low performance. The presence of this shortcoming is due to the following. The security element fence made of barbed tape. Since the belt is made of sheet metal or a wire of small diameter, it can be easily cut, for example, conventional metal shears or snack conventional forceps, thereby violating the integrity of the protective element and thus forming a free passage in the security fence for unimpeded penetration on the regime object.
The basis of the invention is to increase the technical and operational characteristics and protective properties of the protective barriers due to the impossibility of destroying its integrity over the entire length or placing it any coatings to neutralize the harmful effect of razor-barbed elements by implementing security features rigid and movable relative to the support nodes.
This object is achieved in that the security fence, which includes at least one security element of one or more barbed cutting bands and its supporting components mounted at an interval from each other, according to the proposal, the protective member is a shaft on the outer the cylindrical surface of which are fixed, preferably radially, a plurality of razor-barbed elements carried out in a tapered pin, wherein the piercing and cutting tape wound rectilinearly or helically directly on said shaft and / or linearly or helically on the tapered pins, and support nodes formed as racks radial bearings at the upper end, which accommodate the shaft ends of the protective member to permit rotation of the latter.
To increase the deterrent effect or aggressiveness of the security element, the shaft may have a protective element positively to driven rotation.
As the variant, the shaft may be fixed, and its outer cylindrical surface is formed by a pipe loosely placed over the shaft, which can rotate relative to the shaft. The essence of the proposed technical solution does not change: his razor-barbed elements fixed on the tube surface, still remain swivel.
To enhance the aggressive and destructive properties of razor-barbed elements, pointed fingers may have additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical pointed branches of different lengths, or thorns or wrapped barbed tapes.
Due to the fact that the security element is moving (turning in a horizontal area), it is impossible to fix any coating or grab hold of the pins and fit. In both cases, the load applied to the pins eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation, under the action of which the shaft bearing twist without allowance an attacker to climb over the safety fence, since it is impossible to resist (snap).
Thanks to cutting-piercing submunitions in the form of a fairly thick tapered pins cannot be deleted (a snack or a cut) by means of conventional techniques, for example, scissors, metal or conventional wire-cutters.
Due to the barbed tape on the shaft and / or tapered pins, the free space between them is completely blocked.
Thus, the proposed security barrier achieves the technical effect of the formulation of the problem, namely the increase in the technical and operational characteristics and consumer properties, particularly protective.
Further essence of the invention is illustrated for visual purposes, showing the following:
- Figure 1 – the section of the security barrier assembly, a front view, a variant with a solid shaft with pins and bearings for barbed tape, helically disposed on the surface of the shaft and a straight line on the pins;
- Figure 2 – a plan view of a security element version with solid shaft with pins under bearings and barbed tape helically disposed on pins;
- Figure 3 – the same as option with a fixed shaft on which a continuous tube is worn with studs and piercing-cutting tape placed in a straight line on the tube;
- Figure 4 – the same, barbed tape placed in a straight line and a spiral on the pipe in a straight line and spiral spiked.
Variants of the razor-barbed elements:
- Figure 5 – pin pointed with sharp spikes;
- Figure 6 – a pointed pin, coiled barbed tape;
- Figure 7 – pin pointed with sharp branches.
Each section of the proposed protective barrier comprises a protective element 1 is situated predominantly horizontally and mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are designed as mainly vertical uprights 3 with the radial bearing 4 at its upper end.
The security element 1 is designed as shaft 5 pins 6 for fixing the shaft 5 in radial bearings 4, 5 so that the shaft is free to rotate about its longitudinal axis.
On the outer cylindrical surface of the shaft 5 is fixed, e.g., welded or mounted on the thread mainly radially piercing and cutting a plurality of submunitions, designed as sharpened pins 7.
Barbed tape is 8 (wound) in a straight line or in a spiral (it is not shown) to the shaft 5. The same piercing-cutting feed is 9 (wound) in a straight line or in a spiral (it is not shown) and sharpened pins 7.
To increase the deterrent effect, the shaft 5 of the protective element 1 can be provided with a positive drive rotation with any known construction (it is not shown). Forced rotation of the shaft 5 with sharpened pins 7 visually increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and is used when an attempt to penetrate the regime object becomes apparent.
As the fulfilled variant, the shaft 5 can be made fixed, and its outer surface is formed by a cylindrical tube 10, free disposed shaft 5 on which the fixed pins are sharpened 7. The essence of the proposal does not change: sharpened pins 7 and barbed tape 8, and 9 still remain twisted about the longitudinal axis of the shaft 5.
To enhance the aggressive or damaging properties sharpened pins 7, they may be provided with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical sharpened spikes 11, or wrapped with barbed tape 12, or fixed to them sharpened branches 13 of various lengths.
The proposed protective barrier works as follows.
When you try to grab the attacker sharpened pins 7 hands and catch the shaft 5 rotates and the pins 7, which seized arms, will be at the bottom, and above them will be adjacent radial pins 7, which does not climb over the protective element 1. In an effort to interceptions for other 7 spikes all over again thanks to the next rotation of the shaft 5 in the bearings 4. The same will happen when you try to cover the protective element 1 in any sheet material: when you try to climb on the material, because of the eccentricity of load, the shaft 5 will rotate, giving the attacker climb on the security element. Grab the shaft 5 between the pins 7 does not allow barbed tape 8 and 9. Therefore, climb over the proposed security barrier is not possible.
Furthermore, the presence on pins 7 additional striking elements in the form of pins 11, 12 of the barbed tape or pointed branches 13 generally precludes their hands grasp that even more improves the barrier properties of the inventive security barrier.
As cutting-piercing submunitions in the form of a fairly thick pin 7, cannot be deleted (snap or cut) by means of conventional techniques, such as scissors or wire cutters for metal that has a greater degree of protection increases the reliability of sensitive sites.
Essential difference of the proposed technical solutions from the prior art, lies in the fact that the security element is movable, in particular rotatable, and piercing and cutting submunitions are designed as rather thick tapered pins and they can be equipped with additional striking elements in the form of sharp spikes, pointed or tap barbed tape, and in that the shaft and/or sharpened pins mounted rectilinearly or helically barbed tape. These differences, together, eliminate any possibility of overcoming the protective barriers due to the rotation of the security element in the case of the application thereto of a load, and lack of access to the space between pins. These circumstances suggest the proposed security barrier almost insurmountable. None of the prior art protective barriers cannot possess distinguished properties since their protective elements are made either stationary or are made of thin material and elements, whose integrity is easily destroyed with ordinary locksmith tools.
The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The protective barrier "Egoza-Alligator" does not contain any elements and components that cannot be replicated at the present stage of development of science and technology, particularly in the manufacture of safety barriers and security barriers is therefore acceptable for industrial applications, has the technical and other advantages over known such technical solutions due to the proposed principle of fixing the security element to the support of its nodes and equipping elements, which confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject, in certain sources of information not found similar security fences with those in the proposal significant distinguishing features, but because It is considered to be such that it can receive legal protection.
The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solution are compared with the prototype, they include the following:
- Increase the protective properties due to the fact that the security element is a rotary support relative to its nodes;
- Improving the technical and operational characteristics due to the impossibility of destroying the integrity of its razor-barbed elements conventional means;
- Increase the barrier properties by equipping the shaft and / or pointed barbed tape;
- Increasing destructive properties by equipping razor-barbed elements additional striking elements;
- Increasing deterrent effect due to the forced rotation of the security element.
- Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites.
Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution are compared with the prototype obtained by the impossibility of penetrating sensitive sites due to the high reliability of their protection.
The economic effect is obtained by reducing crime, in particular, embezzlement of storage and other facilities due to their guaranteed reliability from thieves, terrorists and other criminals.
After the description of the proposed protective barrier, specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and do not limit, having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications protective or damaging elements, in particular their amount, size, used actuators and bearings, variants of barbed tape, may vary in different ratios, and, of course, within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approaches to designing knowledge in the given area and such are considered to fall within the scope of the technical solutions.
The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the protective element is turning, and razor-barbed elements are equipped with additional striking elements like pin, so barbed tape, and these circumstances together, allow purchasing the offer protective barrage of listed and other benefits. Changes and/or use only individual structural elements of the proposed security barriers, of course, limits the range of the benefits listed above, and cannot be considered a new technical solution in the given field, since otherwise, similarly to the protective fence, no longer require any creativity from the designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be considered the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property to be protected enforcement documents.
