Usage: used for the construction of engineering systems reinforced type and security perimeter protection of the protected object or its critical areas.

The inventive protective fence Egoza-Alligator comprises at least one protective element is formed as a shaft on the outer cylindrical surface of which a plurality of radially fixed sharp submunitions carried out in the form of pointed pins. The protective properties of the element reinforced spiral coils of barbed wire Egoza or other type of barbed wire. In this barbed wire coils are wound rectilinearly or helically directly on said shaft and/or linearly or helically on the tapered pins. Supporting barrier assemblies made in form racks with radial bearings at the upper end, which are used to accommodate the shaft ends of said protective element that allows its rotation in a horizontal plane. During this the shaft protective barriers may be supplemented by the rotation driving force of any well-known construction. The shaft may be made fixed, and its outer surface is constituted by a movable cylindrical tube that is freely fitted on a shaft. Stitching submunitions can be further strengthened attached to them in a random order or symmetrical pointed spikes length or wrapped with barbed wire Egoza.

Technical advantages: increase the security properties of protective barriers;

  • Improving the technical and operational characteristics, increase destructive properties;
  • Increase the barrier properties;
  • Improve frightening and repellent effect;
  • Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites.

The invention relates to the field of civil engineering security systems, which include razor-barbed elements, barbed wire, and can be used for the manufacture of reinforced safety fences and barriers used to prevent intruders’ unauthorized access to protected objects.

Known fence to protect against thieves, which contains the horizontal bar of a metal bracket attached to a vertical metal pole. Vertical fence welded to said crossbars with a certain interval between them. Poles and fence made of metal rolling straight dihedral angles. However, their ends each have length right dihedral angle to form a spike on one end fence [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 class E04N 17/14 published in 27.03.2007].

The main disadvantage of the above sampling is its lack of barrier properties, which are expressed as follows. Submunitions from this sampling are available only on the top of each fence and nowhere else, and it follows that it is possible without any difficulty to take hold of the horizontal crossbar between fences and easily overcome this fence without damaging of the thorns, and thus enter the territory protected object.

This disadvantage is completely eliminated in the security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of independent security elements of spherical shape, each member is a reinforced twisted barbed tape wound to the wire base or barbed tape, crimping a portion of the side surface of the wire framework that recoiling in the space frame. This space frame and is a sphere formed by the meridional coils wound or crimped barbed tape and rigid equatorial ring, which is mounted inside the coils wound or crimped barbed tape. Barbed tape windings are interconnected at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. When installing the security perimeter of the first spherical protective element is attached to a vertical or inclined stand at the poles of the sphere and on-site security abroad. Further, adjacent to the first shielding member of the second set, and so on follow analogous spherical protective elements are placed over the entire length of the security border [see Russian Federation patent №2272113 class E04N 17/04 published in 20.03.2006].

The main drawback of the safety barrier Dikobraz is that the spherical protective elements are not connected to each other along the entire length of security abroad. Therefore, any of them are quite easy to remove from the site perimeter, for example, disrupt or delay taking the usual hook behind barbed tape and barbed wire of the security element and so form a free passage through the protective line as the rest of the spherical protective elements, because of their isolation from each other prevent such failure or limb of one of them. It is this fact reduces the effectiveness of security barrier Dikobraz, and accordingly, the objects with the use of this security barrier.

The closest in its essence and achieved the effect that we accept as a prototype, is a protective barrier, which includes at least one security element in the form of a twisted spiral barbed wire Concertina with numerous supporting units, which are installed at intervals of one other. Protective elements in the form of spirals of barbed wire Concertina can be several, and they may have different diameters of the base section and a vertical section, between which is placed a spiral of barbed wire Concertina. Razor coils attached to the support sections of the site that allows you to create horizontal and vertical resistant barrier [see the International applications №WO 2007/078307 class V21F 25/00 published in 12.07.2006].

The main disadvantage of this security barrier is its low barrier properties. It is rather difficult to overcome, due to the high protective qualities Egoza barbed wire, but still there are ways in which the barrier can be overcome. This is primarily due to the immobility of the security element. Fixed security element is easy to cover any sheet material such as a tarpaulin, and, thereby, neutralize submunitions Egoza barbed wire, which forms the basis of the protective barrier. Moreover, the amazing elements in this case, on the contrary, will help the offender, since the sheet material will keep the teeth of the barbed wire that will prevent it from slipping and allows an attacker to further smoothly climb over the security barrier on the matter and thus enter the protected area.

Another significant disadvantage of the given security barrier is its low technical and strength characteristics. The presence of this shortcoming is due to the following. The security element fence made of barbed wire Egoza. Despite its excellent barrier properties, based on Egoza still is steel wire, and hence it can be easily cut, for example, conventional metal shears or snack conventional forceps, thereby violating the integrity of the security element, and thus the safety barrier in general and thus form a free passage into the protective fence for the smooth penetration of the protected area.

The basis of the invention is to increase the technical and operational characteristics and protective properties of the security barriers due to the impossibility of destroying its integrity over the entire length of the security perimeter, or placed on it any coatings to neutralize the harmful effect of submunitions barriers by implementing security features rigid and movable relative to the support nodes.

This object is achieved through the security barriers, which includes at least two protective elements and its supporting components, mounted at an interval from each other. The first security element is a rotating shaft with radially arranged thereon pointed spikes. The shaft rotates freely on the bearings, but can be fitted and a rotational drive force. The second element is the protective barrier of barbed wire Egoza. Also possible to use another kind of barbed wire, but the wire Egoza is preferred. Spiral barbed wire ring arranged coaxially to the shaft of the first protective element.

As the variant, the shaft may be stationary with respect to its holding rack and its outer cylindrical surface is formed by a tube that is loosely fitted on the shaft and is rotatable relative thereto. The essence of the proposed technical solution remains the same: all the piercing submunitions, attached to the surface of the pipe, are still turning.

To enhance the aggressive and destructive properties piercing submunitions, all pointed pins or part of them may have additional striking elements in the form of secured them additional spikes or coils of barbed wire Egoza.

Due to the fact that the protective element is a turning point in the horizontal area, it is impossible to fix any coating or catch up, grabbing hold of the pins. In both cases, the load applied to the pins eccentrically relative to the axis of rotation and under the action of the load required twist the shaft around its axis and an attacker could overcome the protective fence, since it is impossible to resist.

Because sharp submunitions in the form of quite thick tapered pins, they cannot be removed by conventional technical means even with special tools, such as scissors or a hacksaw for metal.

Thanks to the second security element in the form of coaxially arranged relative to the shaft turns Egoza barbed wire or other type of barbed wire, the free space between the sharp studs first protective element completely blocked.

Thus, the proposed protective barrier achieves the technical effect of the formulation of the problem, namely the increase in the technical and operational characteristics and consumer properties, in particular, the protective properties of the safety barrier.

The invention is illustrated through the material, which shows the following:

  • Figure 1 – section of protective boom assembly, front view, a variant with solid shaft with pins under bearings and barbed tape helically disposed on the surface of the shaft in a straight line on pins;
  • Figure 2 – a plan view of a security element version with solid shaft with pins under bearings and barbed wire Egoza placed helically on pins;
  • Figure 3 – version with fixed shaft on which a continuous tube is worn with studs and barbed tape placed in a straight line on the tube;
  • Figure 4 – barbed wire Egoza is placed in a straight line and a spiral on the pipe in a straight line and spiral spiked.

The fulfilled variants of the razor-barbed elements:

  • Figure 5 – pin pointed with sharp spikes;
  • Figure 6 – a pointed pin, coiled barbed wire Egoza;
  • Figure 7 – pin pointed with sharp branches.

Each section of the proposed security barrier comprises a protective element 1 is situated predominantly horizontally and mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are made in the form of vertical posts 3 with radial bearings 4 at the upper end. The security element 1 is designed as shaft 5 pins 6 for fixing the shaft 5 in radial bearings 4, 5 so that the shaft is free to rotate about its longitudinal axis. The outer cylindrical surface of the shaft 5 is radially fixed by welding or installed on the thread, a lot of piercing submunitions, made in the form of sharpened pins 7, barbed wire Egoza 8 is wound in a straight line or a spiral shaft 5. Similar barbed wire 9 is rectilinear or spiral sharpened pins 7.

To improve the barrier properties and the deterrent effect, the shaft 5 of the protective element 1 can be provided with an electric drive or otherwise forced rotation of any known design (they are not shown in view of common knowledge). Forced rotation of the shaft 5 with sharpened pins 7 visually increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and can be applied in cases of increased danger of penetration of the protected area.

As another variant, the shaft 5 can be made fixed, and its outer surface is formed by a cylindrical tube 10 which pivot on shaft 5 and onto which the pointed pins 7. This embodiment illustrates only a constructive variation of the safety barrier, the essence of this proposal changes: sharpened pins 7 and barbed tape 8 and 9 are still turning to the longitudinal axis of the shaft 5.

To enhance the aggressive or damaging properties sharpened pins 7, they may be provided with additional striking elements in the form of spikes 11 or barbed wire Egoza wrapped with coils 12, or fixed to them sharpened branches 13 of various lengths.

The proposed protective barrier works as follows.

When you try to grab the attacker sharpened pins 7 hands and catch the shaft 5 rotates and the pins 7, which seized arms, will be at the bottom, and above them will be adjacent radial pins 7, which does not climb over the protective element 1. When you try to intercept the intruder for other studs 7, all happen again thanks to the next rotation of the shaft 5 in the bearings 4. The same will happen when you try to cover the protective element 1 in any sheet material: when you try to fix the material, and even more to climb on his eccentricity caused compel shaft 5 to rotate, giving attacker to climb a security element. Grab the shaft 5 between the pins 7 does not allow the barbed wire 8 and 9. Therefore, climb over the proposed protective fence or violate its integrity is not possible.

Furthermore, the presence on pins 7 additional striking elements in the form of pins 11, additional coils 12, barbed wire or pointed Concertina branches 13 generally precludes their circumference hands which further increase the degree protective properties of the proposed safety barrier.

Since the piercing submunitions in the form of a fairly thick pin 7, cannot be removed by conventional technical means, such as scissors or wire cutters for metal, which further increases the reliability degree of protection of the objects on which to apply security barrier Egoza-Alligator.

The main difference between the proposed technical solutions from the prior art, lies in the fact that the security element is movable, in particular rotatable in a horizontal plane, and stitching submunitions are designed as rather thick tapered pins. These elements may in turn be provided with additional striking elements in the form of spikes, claws or coils branches barbed wire Egoza, and in that the shaft and/or sharpened pins rectilinearly or helically running the same barbed wire Egoza. These differences, together, eliminate any possibility of overcoming the protective barriers due to the rotation of the security element in the case of the application thereto of a load, and no access to the space between the protective spines. These circumstances suggest the proposed protective barrier almost insurmountable. None of the known protective barriers can have the same properties as their protective elements are made either stationary or are easily destroyed by conventional plumbing tools.

The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The security barrier "Egoza-Alligator" does not contain any elements and components that cannot be replicated at the present stage of development of science and technology, particularly in the manufacture of safety barriers and security fences. Therefore, it is acceptable for industrial use, and has other technical advantages over known such technical solutions due to the proposed principle of fastening a protective element to its supporting nodes. As well as equipping a second protective element in the form of a spiral of barbed wire Egoza and additional striking elements, which confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject. In the given sources of information there are not found similar security fences with those in the proposal significant distinguishing features, and therefore it is considered to be such that it can receive legal protection.

The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solution are compared with the prototype, include the following:

  • increasing the protective properties of the barrier safety due to the fact that the protective element is a rotary support relative to its nodes;
  • improving the technical and operational characteristics due to the impossibility of destroying the integrity of his piercing submunitions conventional means;
  • increasing the barrier properties by equipping the shaft and/or tapered pins barbed wire Egoza;
  • increasing destructive properties by equipping piercing submunitions additional striking elements, such for example as additional spikes or coils of barbed wire Egoza;
  • enhancing the barrier and deterrent effect due to the forced rotation of the security element;
  • improving the efficiency and reliability of protected objects using a security fence Egoza-Alligator.

Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution are compared with the prototype, due to inability to obtain penetration on protected objects as a result of extremely high reliability of their protection.

The economic effect is obtained by reducing the likelihood plundering storage and other facilities due to their guaranteed reliability from thieves, the infiltration of terrorists and other malefactors on sensitive sites.

After the description of the proposed protective barrier, specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and do not limit, having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications protective or damaging elements, in particular their amount, size, used actuators and bearings, variants of turns barbed wire Egoza type used barbed wire may vary in different ratios, and, of course, within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approaches to constructing knowledge in the art and such are considered to fall within the scope of the technical solutions.

The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the protective element is turning, and stitching elements are equipped with additional striking elements like pin and coils of barbed wire Egoza, and that these factors, combined, allow to purchase the offer listed protective fence and other benefits. Changes and/or use only individual structural elements of the proposed protective barriers, of course, limits the range of the benefits listed above, and cannot be considered as a new technical solution in the given area, since otherwise similar to that described protective fence, no longer require any creativity from the designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be considered the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property to be protected enforcement documents.
