This invention relates to the field of building security installations and systems and can be used for manufacturing safety barriers or other security fences, which are used in engineering systems perimeter protection and prevent unauthorized entry intruders to protected objects. Security fence Alligator includes at least one security element and its supporting components, which are mounted with a certain interval from each other. Security barrier member formed as a shaft on the outer cylindrical surface of which a plurality of radially fixed piercing and cutting of submunitions which are arranged in the form of pointed pins or studs. Supporting units Alligator security barriers are in the form of racks with radial bearings at the upper end, which accommodate the shaft ends of the security element to allow its horizontal rotation. A distinctive feature of the security fence Alligator is that it does not use the security elements of barbed wire Egoza, as well as from other types of barbed wire. Achieve results – is to increase technical and operational, strength and barrier performance of security barriers.

The invention relates to the field of building security installations and systems that comprise razor-barbed elements, and are intended for manufacturing based on its security barriers used in perimeter protection systems engineering design reinforced in order to prevent unauthorized access to protected objects violators.

The well-known fence, which is used to protect the area from penetration of larger animals or humans, comprising a horizontal crossbar of the brackets, which are attached to vertical posts, the vertical fence welded to mentioned crossbars with a certain interval between them. Poles and fence made of metal rolling straight dihedral angles. The ends of the pillars, as well as have fence length each right dihedral angle so that at this end of the formed spike [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 class E04H 17/14, published in 27.03.2007].

The main disadvantage of the fence considers its insufficient security properties. This drawback may be explained as follows. As above the fence has a flat structure and fence installed with a certain interval between them and are connected by horizontal beams are not equipped with razor-barbed surfaces, you can easily take your hands over the crossbar between fence and easily climb over the fence, having received no injury of spikes.

This disadvantage is eliminated in the security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of spherical security elements. Each element consists of a wire base on which the strip is wound or crimped barbed tape. Wire twisting means itself basis in the spatial frame of spherical shape with a rigid equatorial ring installed inside the coils wound or crimped barbed tape. Coils wound or crimped barbed tape bonded to each other at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. With the construction of the security barrier the first spherical security element is attached to a vertical or inclined rack and installed security abroad. Further, adjacent to the first set of the second, third spherical security element and so on, sequentially across the security boundary length [see Russian Federation patent №2272113 class E04H 17/04, published in 20.03.2006].

The main disadvantage of the barrier Dikobraz is that the spherical security barrier elements are not connected over the entire length of security border. Therefore, to form a free passage through the security barrier just enough to hook and bend one security element, since the rest of the spherical security elements will not interfere with or disrupt the limbs of a neighboring cell. It is this fact reduces the efficiency of the barrier in engineering systems for perimeter protection.

The closest in its essence and attainable effect, and which is accepted as the prototype, is a security fence, which includes at least one security member formed in a twisted spirally reinforced barbed tape or barbed wire Egoza multiple support nodes which are mounted intervals from each other. Spirals of barbed wire Egoza can be several and of different diameters and spiral can have different diameters base section and a vertical section, between which is placed a spiral of barbed wire Egoza, or other type of barbed wire. Coils are attached to the spiral wire sections support node, enabling a stable barrier in both the horizontal and the vertical plan [see the International applications №WO 2007/078307 class B21F 25/00, published in 12.07.2006].

The principal of the security barriers are its low security properties. The security element it is stationary, and therefore it can be easily overcome. This method of overcoming the barrier can be described as follows. Fixed security element of spiral barbed wire Egoza easily covered by a dense material such as tarpaulins, thereby completely eliminate the razor-barbed action submunitions barbed wire, used as the main striking element of the security barrier. Furthermore, the submunitions Egoza in this case, on the contrary will help hold the sheet material barbed wire prongs on its sliding, which allows an attacker to overcome the barrier properties of the barbed wire, and hence the entire safety barrier.

Another significant disadvantage of the security barriers are its low technical specifications, particularly strength. The presence of this shortcoming is due to the following. The security element fence made of barbed wire Egoza. Since the barbed tape is a major destructive elements barbed wire is made of sheet metal, reinforcing wire may be made of a wire of small diameter, it can be easily cut, for example with scissors, metal, or snack conventional pliers, thus violating the integrity of the shielding member of the safety barrier, and such forming a free passage way in the security fence, to ensure unhindered penetration of the offender in the protected object.

The basis of the invention is to improve the technical and operational characteristics of the security barrier. This is achieved by ensuring the destruction of the integrity of the inability of the security element or barrier placing thereon any dense coatings that can neutralize the damaging effect of the security element by the security element and movable relatively rigid support nodes. As well as eliminating the use of barbed wire Egoza, as well as any other barbed wire as a security element of the safety barrier.

This object is achieved in that the safety fence comprises at least one security element and its supporting components, which are mounted with a certain interval from each other. According to the proposal, the security element has the form of execution of the cylinder on the radially outer surface of which are fixed, a plurality of piercing and cutting submunitions carried out in the form of pointed pins or studs and support units are arranged in the form of racks which are fitted with bearings at the upper end. The end of the shaft bearing has a security element that allows its rotation in a horizontal plane.

To increase the deterrent effect of the shaft of the security element can be additionally equipped with a drive of any known construction for its forced rotation.

As the embodiment, the shaft may be made fixed, and its outer surface is a cylindrical tube pivot on the shaft and which is rotatable relative to the shaft. The essence of the proposed technical solution does not change: his striking elements attached to the surface of the pipe, still remain swivel. Thus the tube can be applied not whole length, and a set of rings which have on the shaft, which makes independent rotation of the individual piercing and cutting of submunitions mounted on each ring, turn the other rings with spikes over the entire length of the security element.

To enhance the striking features razor-barbed submunitions sharpened pins can be fitted with striking elements in the form attached to them further spikes of varying lengths can be wrapped with barbed wire or any other Egoza barbed wire.

Due to the fact that the security element fence made a turning point in the horizontal plane, it is impossible to fix any coating or grab hold of the pins and fit. In any case, the impact of a shaft or pipe mounted spikes will turn by an eccentric load occurred and will not allow to fix on a fence or cover, as well as to climb over it, as a result of the same shaft attacker will not be able to overcome the obstacle.
Due to the fact that the piercing submunitions in the form of a fairly thick tapered pins, they cannot be removed by conventional means and the tools, such as scissors, metal or conventional cutters.

Thus, the proposed security barrier achieves a technical result of the task at hand, namely the improvement of technical and performance characteristics of security barriers such as its security properties.

The invention is illustrated further illustrative material, which shows the following:

  • Figure 1 – section of full security fence, front view;
  • Figure 2 – plan view of the security element, version with solid shaft with pins under bearings;
  • Figure 3 – the same embodiment with the fixed shaft, on which a continuous tube is put with spikes;
  • Figure 4 – the same embodiment with the fixed shaft, which is put on a set of rings with spikes.

Variants of the sharp submunitions:

  • Figure 5 – a pointed pin with sharp spikes;
  • Figure 6 – a pointed pin, wrapped with barbed wire;
  • Figure 7 – a sharpened pointed pin with additional branches.

Each section of the proposed security barrier comprises a security element 1 which is situated in a horizontal position and is mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are made in the form of vertical posts 3 with mounted at the upper end of the radial bearing 4.

The security element 1 is designed as a shaft 5 pin 6 for fixing the shaft 5 in radial bearings 4, 5 so that the shaft is free to rotate about its longitudinal axis.

On the outer cylindrical surface of the shaft 5 is radially fixed, by welding or mounted on the thread, a plurality of sharp submunitions carried out in the form of sharpened pins 7.

To enhance the effect of frightening the shaft 5 of the security element 1 can be provided with a drive of any known construction for its forced rotation (not shown in view of common knowledge). Forced rotation of the shaft 5 with sharpened pins 7 visually increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and at the same time actually increases its security properties. The drive motor can be used not on a permanent basis and in cases where it becomes apparent attempt to penetrate the protected area or object.

As the embodiment, the shaft 5 can be made fixed, and its outer surface is formed by a cylindrical tube 8, which is freely fitted on the shaft 5 to ensure its rotation in a horizontal plane and onto which the pointed pins 7. The essence of this proposal does not change: tapered pins 7 still remain with respect to the longitudinal axis of the rotary shaft 8 of the pipe 5. Instead the shaft may be worn set of rings 9, which makes independent rotation of the individual tapered pins 7 arranged on one ring 9, from other sharpened pins 7 arranged on the other ring 9.

To enhance the aggressive or damaging properties sharpened pins 7 can be provided with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in any order, additional studs 10 or pin 11, and can also be wrapped with barbed wire Egoza.

The proposed security barrier works as follows.

When you try to grab the attacker sharpened pins 7 hands and catch the shaft 5 rotates, and the pins 7, which seized arms, will be at the bottom, and above them will be thorns 7 radially to the shaft, which does not climb over the security element 1. In an effort to interceptions for other studs 7 all over again thanks to the next rotation of the shaft 5 in the bearings 4. The same will happen when you try to cover the security element 1 in any sheet material: when you try to fix the material, and even more to climb on him caused the eccentricity acts on the shaft 5, which will rotate, giving an attacker to climb a security element. As a result, it proposed to overcome the security barrier is not possible.

In addition, the presence on pins 7 more damaging elements in the form of studs 10, 11 barbed wire or pointed tap 12 generally excludes the possibility of their girth hands that still more increases the security properties of the proposed fence.

Since the sharp submunitions in the form of thick pins 7, they cannot be removed from the shaft barrage conventional techniques or tools, such as scissors or wire cutters for metal, which further increases the reliability degree of protection of facilities that use this security barrier.

Essential difference of the proposed technical solutions of the prior art is that the security element barriers is movable, in particular rotatable in a horizontal plane, and stitching submunitions are made as thick tapered pins, and they can be equipped with additional striking elements in the form of spikes, sharpened branches or coils of barbed wire. These differences combine to preclude any possibility of overcoming the infringer security barriers due to the action of security thorns and rotation of the security element in the case of the application to it of any load. This circumstance allows us to consider the proposed security barrier almost insurmountable. None of the prior art security barriers cannot possess distinguished properties since their security elements are made either stationary or are made of thin material and elements, whose integrity is easily destroyed with ordinary locksmith tools. For this reason, as a security element fence used steel pins instead of Barbed Wire Egoza.

The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The security barrier "Alligator" does not contain any elements and components that cannot be replicated at the present stage of development of science and technology, particularly in the production of safety barriers and security barriers is therefore acceptable for industrial use. The security barrier is technical and other advantages over known such technical solutions thanks to the principle of the proposed fixing the security element to the support of its sites, which confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject. In the known sources of information not found similar security fences with those in the proposal significant distinguishing features, and therefore it is considered to be such that it can receive legal protection.

The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solutions, in comparison with its prototype, are as follows:

  • Increasing the security properties of the barrier due to the fact that the security element is made with respect to the rotary support of its components;
  • Improving the technical and operational characteristics and strength due to the impossibility of destroying the integrity of its razor-barbed submunitions conventional means;
  • Increasing destructive properties by equipping piercing submunitions additional striking elements, such for example as additional spikes or coils of barbed wire Egoza;
  • Increasing of intimidation and barrier effect due to the forced rotation of the security element;
  • Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of facilities that use security fence Alligator.

Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution, as compared with prior art, obtained by strengthening the protection of the perimeter up to the complete inability to penetrate the protected objects.

After the description of the proposed security barrier specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and do not limit, having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications of the security element or a damaging of parts, in particular their amount, size, used actuators and bearings placement options may vary in different ratios and, of course, within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approaches to the construction in the area of expertise and considered to be within the scope of the technical solutions.

The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the security element is turning, and razor-barbed elements are equipped with additional striking elements, and that these factors combine to make it possible to purchase the offer security fence Alligator listed and other benefits. Changes and/or use only individual structural elements of the proposed security barriers, of course, limits the range of the benefits listed above, and cannot be considered a new technical solution in the area of knowledge, as otherwise the fence, as it was described, it does not require any creativity of designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be considered the result of their creative activity or a new object of intellectual property, which is subject to protection enforcement documents.
