Usage: in the manufacture of security barriers with striking elements used to prevent unauthorized access of people and animals on sensitive sites. The essence: Security fence comprises at least one security element and its supporting components, at intervals from each other. The protective member is a shaft on the outer cylindrical surface of which is fixed, preferably radially, piercing and cutting a plurality of submunitions, made in the form of pointed pins. The support units are arranged in a rack with radial bearings at its upper end in which the ends of said shaft has a protective element to allow rotation of the latter. The shaft of the security element can be provided with positive drive rotation. The shaft may be made fixed, and its outer surface is constituted by a movable cylindrical tube, loosely fitting the shaft. The outer cylindrical surface of the movable shaft can be formed by a set of rings worn freely on the shaft. Razor-barbed submunitions can be equipped with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical pointed branches of different lengths, or thorns or barbed tape wrapped. Technical advantages: increased protective properties; increasing technical and operational characteristics; increasing destructive properties; increase the deterrent effect, increasing the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites.

The invention relates to the field of building security installations and systems, which include razor-barbed elements, and can be used for the manufacture of security barriers used to prevent unauthorized access of people and animals on sensitive sites.

The well-known fence to protect against thieves, that contains a horizontal crossbar from a corner, attached to vertical poles, vertical fence welded to said crossbar with a certain interval between them. Poles and fences made of metal rolling straight dihedral angles. At the ends of the poles and fence length have every right dihedral angle to form a spike on one end [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 class E04N 17/14 published in 27.03.2007].

The main drawback of this sampling is insufficient protective properties. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Since the fence has a flat structure and it is installed at intervals in between, you can easily take hold of the horizontal crossbar between fence and easy to climb over the fence without damaging of prongs.

This disadvantage is eliminated in the security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of spherical protective elements, each of which includes a reinforced twisted barbed wire wound on the wire-base or barbed tape, crimping a portion of the side surface of the wire-base formation in space frame. The space frame is formed in the shape of a sphere formed meridional windings wound or crimped barbed tape and rigid equatorial ring installed inside the coils wound or crimped barbed tape. Coils wound or crimped barbed wire bonded to each other at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. Ready first spherical protective element is attached to a vertical or inclined stand at the poles of the sphere and on-site security abroad. Further, adjacent to the first spherical protective member disposing the second spherical protective member and, further, subsequent similar spherical protective elements on the entire length of the security boundary [see Russian Federation patent №2272113 class E04N 17/04 published in 20.03.2006].

The main disadvantage of this safety barrier is spherical protective elements are not bonded (connected to) each other along the length of security border. Therefore, any one of them is easy enough to disrupt or delay, for example, taking an ordinary hook to form a free passage through the protective line as the rest of the spherical protective elements prevent such failure or limb of one of them. It is this fact reduces the effectiveness of the protection of sensitive sites using a known security barrier.

The closest in its essence and attainable effect, taken as a prototype, is a security barrier, which includes at least one security element in the form of a twisted spiral barbed tape with multiple support nodes, spaced at intervals from each other. Protective elements in the form of spirals of barbed wire can be several, as well as a spiral may have different diameters of a base section and a vertical section, between which is placed a spiral of barbed tape. Spiral turns are secured to the sections support node that lets to create horizontally and vertically a stable barrier [see the international application WO 2007/078307 class V21F 25/00 published in 12.07.2006].

The main disadvantage of the known protective fence is its low consumer properties. It’s pretty easy to overcome, due to the immobility of the security element. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Fixed protective element is easily covered by a sheet material, such as canvas; thereby completely eliminate the razor-barbed action submunitions of security barrier. Furthermore, the submunitions in this case, on the contrary, will help hold the sheet material barbed prongs tape from its sliding, which allows an attacker to smoothly climb over the safety fence on the matter and thus penetrate regime object.

Another significant disadvantage of the known protective boom is its low performance. The presence of this shortcoming is due to the following. The security element fence made of barbed tape. Since the belt is made of sheet metal or a wire of small diameter, it can be easily cut, for example, conventional metal shears or snack conventional forceps, thereby violating the integrity of the protective element and thus forming a free passage in the security fence for unimpeded penetration on the regime object.

The basis of the utility model the task of improving the technical and operational characteristics of the security barriers due to the impossibility of destroying its integrity or its placement on any coatings to neutralize the harmful effect of razor-barbed submunitions by implementing security features rigid and movable relative to supporting units.

This object is achieved in that the protective fence, which includes at least one security element and its supporting units installed at certain intervals from each other, according to the proposal, the protective member is a shaft on the outer cylindrical surface of which are fixed, preferably radially, razor-barbed a plurality of submunitions, designed as sharpened pins and supporting units are arranged in a rack with radial bearings at the upper end, which accommodate the shaft ends of the protective member to permit rotation of the latter.

To increase the deterrent effect, the shaft may have a protective element positively driven rotation thereof.

As the embodiment, the shaft may be fixed, and its outer cylindrical surface is formed by a pipe loosely placed over the shaft, which can rotate relative to the shaft. The essence of the proposed technical solution does not change: his razor-barbed submunitions fixed on the tube surface, still remain swivel. Thus the tube may be formed not continuous along the length and a set of rings worn on a shaft that makes an independent rotation of the individual razor-barbed striking elements attached to one ring from rotating other razor-barbed submunitions other rings along the length of the security element.

To enhance the striking features razor-barbed submunitions, pointed fingers may have additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical pointed branches of different lengths, or thorns or barbed wrapped ribbon cutting.

Due to the fact that the protective element is moving (turning in a horizontal area), it is impossible to fix any coating or grab hold of the pins and fit. In both cases there is a load on the shaft eccentricity relative to the axis of rotation under the influence of which the shaft bearing can turn down and will not allow an attacker to climb over the security barrier, since it is impossible to hold (fixe).

Thanks to razor-barbed submunitions in the form of a fairly thick tapered pins cannot be deleted (snap or cut) by means of conventional techniques, for example, scissors, metal or conventional wire-cutter.

Thus, the proposed security barrier achieves a technical result of the task at hand, namely the improvement of technical and operational characteristics of the consumer or, in particular, protective properties.

Further essence of the utility model will be explained for illustrative purposes, showing the following:

  • Figure 1 – the section of the security barrier assembly, front view;
  • Figure 2 – plan view of the security element, a variant with a solid shaft pins by bearings;
  • Figure 3 – same embodiment with the fixed shaft, on which a continuous tube is put with spikes;
  • Figure 4 – the same as option with a fixed shaft, which is put on a set of rings with spikes.

Variantss of the razor-barbed submunitions:

  • Figure 5 – pin pointed with sharp spikes;
  • Figure 6 – a pointed pin, coiled barbed tape;
  • Figure 7 – pin pointed with sharp branches.

Each section of the proposed security barrier comprises a protective element 1 is situated predominantly horizontally and mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are designed as mainly vertical uprights 3 with the radial bearing 4 at its upper end.

The security element 1 is designed as shaft 5 pins 6 for fixing the shaft 5 in radial bearings 4, 5 so that the shaft is free to rotate about its longitudinal axis.

On the outer cylindrical surface of the shaft 5 is fixed, e.g., welded or mounted on the thread mainly radially piercing and cutting a plurality of submunitions, designed as sharpened pins 7.

To increase the deterrent effect, the shaft 5 of the protective element 1 can be provided with a positive drive rotation with any known construction (they are not shown due to well-known). Forced rotation of the shaft 5 with sharpened pins 7 visually increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and is used when an attempt to penetrate the regime object becomes apparent.

As the variant, the shaft 5 can be made fixed, and its outer surface is formed by a cylindrical tube 8, loosely fitting the shaft 5 on which the fixed pins are sharpened 7. The essence of the proposal is not changed: sharpened pins 7 remain still rotating about the longitudinal axis 5. When the shaft pipe 8 may instead be used a set of rings 9, which makes independent rotation of the individual tapered pins 7 arranged on one ring 9, from other sharpened pins 7 arranged on the other ring 9.

To enhance the aggressive or damaging properties sharpened pins 7, they may be provided with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in a random order or symmetrical sharpened spikes 10, or wrapped with barbed tape 11, or fixed to them sharpened branches 12 of various lengths.

The proposed security barrier works as follows.

When you try to grab the attacker sharpened pins 7 hands and catch the shaft 5 rotates and the pins 7, which seized arms, will be at the bottom, and above them will be other radial pins 7, which does not climb over the protective element 1. In an effort to interceptions for other 7 spikes all over again thanks to the next rotation of the shaft 5 in the bearings 4. The same will happen when you try to cover the protective element 1 in any sheet material: when you try to climb on the material, because of the eccentricity of load, the shaft 5 will rotate, giving the attacker climb on the security element. Therefore proposed to climb over the security barrier is not possible.

In addition, the presence on pins 7 more damaging elements in the form of studs 10, barbed tape 11 or 12 branches sharpened all exclude the possibility of them holding on the arms that still more increases the barrier properties of the proposed security barrier.

As razor-barbed submunitions in the form of a fairly thick pin 7, cannot be deleted (snap or cut) by means of conventional techniques, such as scissors or wire cutters for metal that has a greater degree of protection increases the reliability of sensitive sites.

Essential difference of the proposed technical solutions from the prior art, lies in the fact that the security element is movable, in particular rotatable, and piercing and cutting submunitions are designed as rather thick tapered pins and they can be equipped with additional striking elements in the form of sharp spikes, sharpened branches or barbed tape. These differences, together, eliminate any possibility of overcoming the security barriers due to the rotation of the security element in the case of the application thereto of a load. This circumstance allows us to consider the proposed security barrier almost insurmountable. None of the prior art security barriers cannot have them because the mentioned properties of the protective elements are made either stationary or are made of thin material and elements, whose integrity is easily destroyed with ordinary locksmith tools.

The proposed technical solution tested in practice. Protective fence "Alligator" does not contain any elements and components that can be reproduced at the present stage of development of science and technology, in particular for the production of safety barriers and security barriers therefore acceptable for industrial use has technical and other advantages over the prior art such technical solutions due to the proposed principle of fixing the protective element to the support of its sites, which confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject, in certain sources of information not found similar protective fences with those in the proposal significant distinguishing features, and therefore is considered to be such that it can receive legal protection.

The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solutions, in comparison with the prior art, include the following:

  • Increase the protective properties due to the fact that the protective element is a rotary support relative to its nodes;
  • Improving the technical and operational characteristics due to the impossibility of destroying the integrity of its razor-barbed submunitions conventional means;
  • Increasing destructive properties by equipping razor-barbed submunitions additional striking elements;
  • Increasing deterrent effect due to the forced rotation of the security element;
  • Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites.

Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution are compared with the prototype obtained by the impossibility of penetrating sensitive sites.

After the description of the proposed security barrier, specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and do not limit, having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications protective or damaging elements, in particular their amount, size, used actuators and bearings placement options may vary in different ratios, and, of course, within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approaches to the construction in the area of expertise and those considered to be within the scope of this technical solution.

The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the protective element is turning, and piercing and cutting elements are equipped with additional striking elements, and that these factors, combined, allow to purchase the offer listed protective fence and other benefits. Changes and / or use only individual structural elements of the proposed security barriers, of course, limits the range of the benefits listed above, and cannot be considered a new technical solution in the field of knowledge, since otherwise, similarly to the protective fence, no longer require any creativity from the designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be considered the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property to be protected enforcement documents.
