A method for manufacturing a mesh from barbed tape in which a continuous reinforced barbed tape is placed on the stand, is the connection between an adjacent parallel portions staggered mechanically by means of metal staples. The invention relates to the field of construction, namely the manufacture of artificial obstacles, which can be used in the national economy in the construction of mechanical barriers for perimeter protection facilities against unauthorized access to their territories of individuals, equipment and animals.

This disadvantage is eliminated in the known method of manufacturing a mesh web of barbed tape, which is in pre-production of straight reinforced barbed tape, cutting off from it straight billet cut length, the calculation of the first set of parallel blanks, imposing on it at an angle of a second set of parallel blanks and welded together at the intersection of various sets of blanks spot welding [see the patent of France №2758485 Class of B21F25 / 00, published in 24.07.1998, in Bulletin № 30].
The main disadvantage of this solution is the high labor intensity and the energy intensity of the manufacturing process fabric, due to the use of welding equipment, as well as the need for pre-fabrication of two sets of line segments of tapes, followed by exposition on the stand with a certain step semi-finished canvases and welding strips together at the intersections.

The most similar in nature and effect is achieved, and taken as a prototype, is a method for manufacturing a mesh web of barbed-cutting tape in which a continuous reinforced barbed tape is laid zigzag on the stand, which is a frame with pins that tape surrounds a change zigzag direction, and connected to each other in adjacent parallel portions staggered mechanically by means of metal staples, after which the finished web is wound into a roll for easy transportation [see the Russian Federation Patent № 64541 from the class B21F27 / 12 E04N17 / 04 issued in 10.07.2007, in Bulletin № 19].
The main disadvantage of this significant technical solution is the low efficiency of the method, due to the need to pre-computation zigzag barbed tape on the bench. This process is done by hand because the design of the device is economically justified, since the stand has a flat structure.
Another significant disadvantage of this method is that it can be used to make cloth of only one size, which is determined by the size of the stand. That is, the well-known method is not universal.
The third significant disadvantage of this method is that it can be used to make cloth only small size, which is determined by the possibility of working to reach the center of the web when you install staples.
The basis of the utility model to simplify the task of manufacturing technology mesh fabric barbed tape while increasing its functional and technical capabilities through the ability to produce webs of any length by changing the placement of the principle of continuous sharp barbed tape.
The problem is solved by a method for producing reticulated webs from a barbed cutting tape in which a continuous reinforced barbed tape is fed to the booth, it is interconnected adjacent parallel portions staggered mechanically by means of metal staples, according to the utility model barbed tape is wound onto the drum almost no gaps between the turns and parallel adjacent turns interconnected staggered along the roll, each time turning the wheel in a position convenient for installation brackets work or automatic tongs, and after the installation brackets, the roll cut longitudinally straightened and stretched to a flat web or directly at the installation site during the construction of the fence web.
Due to the fact that a continuous barbed tape wound on a drum simultaneously with the process of its manufacturing completely disappear operation its previous preparation (manufacture segments, the calculation to the stand by one or two sets), and therefore, the method greatly simplifies the process of making the web, and that way provides maximum performance. Due to continuous strip winding on the drum can be made of any size blade length. Thus, the stand of the drum makes a versatile method, since it has no restrictions on the length of the resultant mesh. Due to the fact that during a connection turns the drum rotates and clamps exactly returns to the work, the latter comfortably without moving from one place to another, perform the connection turns brackets and therefore provides maximum performance and safety.
Thus, all the essential features of the proposed technical solution, obtained thanks to the introduction of technological improvements, the method for producing a web of barbed tape achieves a certain technical result formulated in the problem statement.

The proposed method of manufacturing a web of barbed-cutting tape is as follows. The solid metal strip 1 from the roll 2 is fed into the stamp 3, where it is formed from barbed tape 4 with striking elements 5. The metal wire 6 is supplied with 7 rolls with barbed tape 4 is fed into the device 8 (such as roll press), where barbed tape 4 reinforced with a metal wire 6. The thus obtained barbed cutting tape 9 is wound on the rotary drum 10. The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The proposed method of manufacturing the mesh fabric barbed tape does not contain any part of any manufacturing operation or process equipment that cannot be replicated at the present stage of development of science and technology, particularly in the areas of manufacturing enclosures, and thus is suitable for industrial applications It has other technical advantages over well-known analogs, confirming the possibility of achieving technical result of the claimed subject. In the known sources of patent and other scientific and technical information not found these methods of manufacturing webs of barbed wire or tape, said the proposal set of essential features, so the proposed technical solution meets the criterion of "novelty."
Essential difference of the proposed method of manufacture of the mesh fabric barbed tape cutting is that the blank is formed continuously and has no intermediate processing steps. These differences, combined, provide a continuous production of fabric, maximum performance, comfort and safety for workers and an opportunity to receive the web of any size in length. None of the known methods of producing webs of barbed wire or strip does not have all of these properties simultaneously because not provided in the structure claimed in the totality of essential features of this. The technical advantages of the proposed technical solution, compared with the prototype, include the following:
- Increasing process productivity due to the absence of intermediate operations for the manufacture of individual components of the future cloth, and also due to the fact that the model is used as barbed tape wound on a reel;
- Simplify the technology and reducing the complexity of manufacturing blades for the same reason;
- Versatility due to the fact that, thanks to the use of the stand as a rotating drum, the web can be made any length;
- Safety and ease of production by brackets rotatable web in a working area by the drum;
- The ability to fully automate the process of making the web through the use of pliers for setting clips from one technological position.
The economic effect of the introduction of the proposed technical solution, as compared with the prototype, obtained by reducing the cost of manufacturing webs with barbed-tape cutting due to reduced processing of intermediate operations.
Social consumer effect of the introduction of the proposed technical solution, is in comparison with the prototype, obtained by improving safety and reducing the complexity of manufacturing a web of barbed tape.
After the description of the method of manufacture of the mesh fabric of barbed tape specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and not limiting, having been presented by this example.
Many possible embodiments of this method, including the amount and frequency of staples dimensions drum design tape depend on the technological features of production type and size of the finished product and, of course, are located within one of the conventional and natural approaches in the art knowledge and are considered to be within the scope of the proposed technical solutions.
The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the model in the form of a continuous barbed cutting tape wound on a drum, and mounted on a bracket which forms the web, and these circumstances, in the aggregate, the proposed method allows acquiring the above and other advantages. The use of separate technological operations, structural components or pieces of equipment from the totality claimed naturally limits the range of advantages listed above, and cannot be considered new technical solutions in the field of knowledge, because other methods such as those described will no longer require creativity from designers and engineers, and they cannot be considered the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property legislation relevant to the protection of title documents.
