Usage: for construction of security barriers, which include barbed wire Egoza that are used to protect against unauthorized intruders on protected objects.
Summary: security barrier Cobra comprises at least one protective element is formed as a single barbed wire Egoza which is twisted spirally multiple support nodes set at intervals from one another. Barbed Wire security barrier member wound on the outer frame, which is formed by several stretches of barbed wire which are stretched rectilinearly, and their ends are secured on the shafts of multipath components. These elements are mounted on a mount by means of bearings that allow free rotation about the longitudinal axis of the protective element. To make the overall stiffness protective element during its considerable length, inside the frame placed sharpened multipath elements that may be there in any desired amount, the ends of beams protrude beyond the edges of the barbed wire, which encircles the outer cage in a spiral. Inside the outer frame is still one inner, coaxially disposed frame of similar design, which also wound barbed wire Egoza by analogy with the outer frame. External and internal frames are equipped with coaxial electrical isolation of each other to ensure that the possibility of applying an electric voltage separately to each frame. Security barrier member may be provided with rotational drive force of any known construction. Each multipath shaft hitting elements may be provided with additional striking elements in the form attached to them in any order tapered pins of different lengths, the barbed wire Egoza or other spikes.
- A significant increase of the protective properties of the total hardness of the protective element;
- Increasing destructive properties and deterrent effect of the security barrier;
- Improving the efficiency and reliability of the perimeter security of protected objects.
The invention relates to the field of civil engineering structures and security systems, which include elements of barbed wire Concertina, and can be used for the manufacture of security barriers of high efficiency, erected to prevent unauthorized access to protected objects violators.
Known barrier to protect against unauthorized access, which comprises a horizontal bar made of a metal angle which is fastened to the vertical pillars, and vertical fence that with a certain interval secured to said horizontal bar by welding. Poles and fence made of metal rolling straight dihedral angles. The upper ends of the pillars and are fence length each right dihedral angle to form a stud at this end [see Russian Federation patent №2296203 class E04N 17/14 published in 27.03.2007].
The main disadvantage of this safety barrier is its very weak protective properties, which is not enough to ensure an adequate level of protection of the protected object. This disadvantage is explained as follows. Since the safety barrier has a flat design and fence installed at certain intervals from each other, it is possible to easily get over the barrier without damaging of spikes, it is necessary only to take hold of the horizontal bar between fences which has no protection. Thus, the safety barrier is not effective as a safety barrier against intruders, and can only be used as a barrier for large animals.
This disadvantage is eliminated in a security barrier "Dikobraz", which consists of a set of spherical protective elements, each of which comprises a reinforced twisted barbed tape wound on a wire-base or barbed tape crimped onto the portion of the side surface of the wire warp wound in a space frame. This frame is formed in the shape of a sphere which is formed meridional windings wound or crimped barbed tape and rigid equatorial ring installed inside the coils of the barbed tape. Coils wound or crimped barbed tape bonded to each other at the poles of the sphere and the equatorial ring. The security barrier Porcupine set as follows. The first spherical protective element is attached to a vertical or inclined stand at the poles of the sphere and installed security abroad. Further, adjacent to the first spherical protective member disposing the second, third and so on similar spherical protective elements over the whole length of the safety barrier, forming a protective boundary desired configuration [see Russian Federation patent №2272113 class E04N 17/04 published in 20.03.2006].
The main disadvantage of the above-described safety barrier is that spherical protective elements not bonded to each other along the length of the security boundary. Therefore, to form a passage through this barrier is quite simple, you just rip off the counter or pull one element capturing it in any toolbox, and free passage through the protective line, will be provided. Since the remaining elements of the spherical security barrier are not related to each other and prevent such failure or limb of one of them. And it is this fact (lack of unity and integrity of the design throughout the length of the security perimeter) dramatically reduces the effectiveness of the protection of sensitive sites using a well-known security barrier.
The closest in its in its essence and attainable effect, which is taken as a prototype, is a security barrier comprising at least one protective member formed in a twisted spirally single barbed wire Egoza or other type of reinforced barbed tape with multiple its supporting units, mounted with a certain interval from each other. Data elements from the coils of barbed wire can be several and they are located next to one another on a vertical plane, thus forming a vertical section of the barrier. The turns of a single spiral barbed wire Egoza may have different diameters and be attached to the support node sections at two locations, that allows to create a barrier resistant to both horizontal and vertical to the effects [see the International applications №WO 2007/078307 class V2LF 25/00 published in 12.07.2006].
The main disadvantage of the above-described security barrier is its low barrier properties. The attacker is easy enough to overcome this barrier, because its protective element is fixed relative to its support units. This immobility of the security element to neutralize the security barrier by simply covering it with any sheet material, such as tarpaulins, and that is how to completely eliminate the effects of sharp edges of barbed wire Egoza which is the main element affecting the security barrier. Moreover, the striking elements in this case, even an attacker will have some help, holding a sheet of material teeth barbed tape from slipping, thus providing virtually safe way to overcome the infringer barrier and unhindered penetration of the latter on the protected object.
Another essential disadvantage of the known barrier structures is a significant imperfection of its security element, which also substantially reduces its protective properties as a whole. This drawback is that the protective element is a single twisted spiral barbed wire Razor. This barbed wire can be cut or cut by special tool so that the formation of free passage through the barrier, just once in absolutely anywhere bite or cut the barbed tape. Cut the spiral works like a spring, and "automatically" open a free pass. The security barrier, which consists of only one barbed tape is potentially vulnerable, and has insufficient barrier properties.
The basis of the utility model the task of increasing technical and operational characteristics and capabilities of the proposed barrier, as well as the reliability of the protection of protected sites by the impossibility of placing on the surface of any coatings to neutralize the harmful effect of submunitions barbed wire Egoza. Also, due to the security element movable, it significantly improves its barrier properties and resistance to disturbance of integrity.
This object is achieved in that the safety fence comprising at least one security element that is based on a spiral barbed wire Egoza with more support units, which are arranged at an interval from one another. According to the proposal, barbed wire Egoza shielding member is wound on the outer frame, formed by several strained line segments such as barbed wire Egoza, the ends of which are fixed on the shafts of multipath components which are mounted to be freely rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the protective element which is mounted on bearings mounted for supporting nodes. In order to increase the overall stiffness of the security element at its considerable length, inside the frame placed multipath similar elements. These elements can be present on the frame in any desired amount. The ends of the beams of these elements protrude beyond the edges of the barbed wire, which is helically encircles frame also located within the outer frame, at least one inner frame is of similar design to the wound it likewise barbed wire.
To increase the aggressiveness or deterrent effect, the security element of the safety barrier may have forced the rotational turn.
To enhance the damaging effects of multipath shafts from each of submunitions can be provided with additional striking elements in the form of spikes or more coils of barbed wire.
To enhance the effect of damaging the outer and inner frames may have a coaxial electrical isolation from each other to be able to take stock of electricity to the inner frame, or both at the same time a protective frame.
Due to the fact that the security element is fixed by means of bearings and can rotate in a horizontal plane, it is impossible to fix a whatsoever any coating as it is impossible to grasp hold of the barbed wire or steel beams and fit. In both cases, due to the eccentricity of load application arm relative to the axis of rotation, multipath components required to crank bearings and do not allow an attacker to climb over the protective element.
With the ability to supply electricity to the inner frame, the protective property of a security barrier is significantly increased. If an attacker tries hard to overcome the barrier of security and thus will be able to destroy the outer frame, he turned up additional electrical shock by barbed wire spiral inner frame while trying to overcome it. Thus, the proposed barrier ensures the achievement of the technical result of the assigned tasks.
Further essence of the proposed technical solution is explained in conjunction with illustrative material, showing the following:
- Figure 1 – a plan view of the proposed security element of the safety barrier with one additional inner frame.
Options for snap-shaft multipath components additional striking elements:
- Figure 2 – shaft with sharp spikes;
- Figure 3 – shaft coiled barbed tape;
- Figure 4 – shaft with sharp pins.
Each section of the proposed security barrier comprises a protective element 1 which is arranged horizontally and is mounted on its supporting units 2. The support units 2 are made aware uprights 3 with the radial bearing 4 at its upper end. Application of bearings in mounting the barrier allows the protective element to rotate.
The protective element 1 has a twisted spiral barbed wire Egoza 5 which is wound on the outer frame, formed by multiple tensioned at the ends of beams 7 multipath components 8 straight segments barbed tape 6, multipath components 8 are mounted for free rotation about a central longitudinal axis of the protective element 1 in the bearings 4.
If the shielding member 1 has a considerable length, it is to impart greater rigidity to the frame it in an arbitrary number can be positioned similar multipath components 8, and the ends of the beams 7 which extend beyond the edges of the spiral barbed wire Egoza 5, the envelope spiral cage.
Inside the outer frame can be located at least one inner frame 9 is similar in design to the first, which also spiral wound barbed wire Egoza 5. To enhance the effect of damaging the outer and inner coaxial frames can be equipped with electrically insulated from each other by any known manner, for example by means of insulating sleeves (they are not shown because of common knowledge) worn by the shafts 7. This is necessary to allow the electricity to the summing inner frame 9, and if necessary to the outside, that extends to the proposed barrier protective properties.
To improve protective properties, aggressive or intimidating effect, multipath elements 8 may be provided with positive drive of the rotation of any known construction (they are not shown because of the notoriety). Forced rotation of multipath elements 8 causes the rotation of the entire frame with barbed wire 5, which significantly increases the aggressiveness of the security fence and its effectiveness. Forced rotation may not be permanent and used when attempt to violate the protected perimeter of the object becomes apparent.
To enhance the barrier properties of the damaging shafts of the multipath 7 elements 8 can be fitted with striking elements. It may be additional spikes or coils of barbed wire Egoza.
Proposed barrier operates as follows.
If an attacker tries to grasp hold of the barbed wire 5 or beams 7 and fit the protective element 1 is required to twist with multipath elements 8 around the longitudinal axis, mounted on bearings, and the area for which the seized arms, would be at the bottom, it will not allow climbing over protective element 1. When trying to intercept the intruder hands behind other parts of the barbed wire 5 or for other Shafts 7, hoping to stay on the barrier, all happen again thanks to the next turn of the security element 1 with multipath elements 8 bearing 4. The same thing happens when you try to cover the Protective element 1 of any material, such as dense tissue. If you try to get into this stuff, because of the eccentricity, the security element 1 will rotate, giving an attacker to climb over the security element 1. Therefore, climb over the barrier of the proposed design is not possible.
In addition, the presence of additional shafts 7 striking elements in the form of spikes 10, barbed tape 11 or 12 pin pointed in general makes it impossible for them to grasp the hands that still more increase the protective properties of the proposed security fence.
Performing scaffolds safety barrier in the form of several segments of the barbed wire Concertina 6 spanned in parallel to each other and which helically encircle the windings of the barbed wire 5 does not allow the latter to spring back when cutting or snacking. This is due to the fact that the spiral turns necessarily cling to the striking elements of line segments barbed tape 6 However, if an attacker trying hard to overcome the security barrier will be able to destroy the protective outer shell of the barrier, it will inevitably fall by the electric current supplied to the inner frame 9.
It is understood that the security element can be used as a security barrier, and without its supporting units 2. In this case, it simply laid on the ground or the road. That is, the protective element can act as a standalone product is protective. It is also clear that in the absence of appropriate voltage to the internal frame of the safety barrier cannot fail.
Essential difference of the proposed technical solutions, the previously known solutions is that the security element of the safety barrier is movable, in particular rotatable in a horizontal plane. Equipped with optional inner frame, which can be supplied voltage, and the shafts of multipath components are equipped with additional striking elements in the form of spikes, pointed pins or more coils of barbed wire. The above differences in the aggregate, excludes any possibility of overcoming the intruder shielding member by the rotary action of the security element of the barrier in the case of an application to it any loads or electric shock in case of violation of the integrity of the external protective element. This circumstance allows us to consider the proposed barrier is almost irresistible. None of the known safety barriers can possess distinguished properties since their protective elements are either fixed, or they do not have the structural integrity along the length of the security perimeter, or have additional coaxial elements or have, but they alone cannot bring the voltage due to lack of adequate insulation.
The proposed technical solution tested in practice. Protective security barrier "Cobra" does not contain any elements and components that cannot be replicated at the present stage of development of science and technology. In particular, the production of safety barriers and security barriers, thus, its design is suitable for industrial use and has technical and other advantages over known such technical solutions, thanks to the proposed principle of mounting a protective member to support its nodes, as well as equipping additional coaxially mounted security element. This confirms the possibility of achieving a technical result of the claimed subject, in certain sources of information not found similar protective safety barriers with these essential features, and therefore considered to be those who receive legal protection.
The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solution, compared with the prior art, include the following:
- Improving the barrier properties of the protective security due to the fact that the protective element is a rotary element with respect to its support;
- Increasing the overall stiffness of the security element of the safety barrier in the event of considerable length due to the presence of intermediate multipath components;
- Increasing destructive properties due to multipath shafts snap elements additional striking elements, such for example as additional coils of barbed wire;
- Increase the protective properties due to equip an additional safety barrier protective element;
- Compact construction due to the coaxial arrangement of an additional protective element within the core;
- Summing up the possibility of a separate voltage to the internal security element by equipping shafts insulators;
- Increase of intimidating and protective effect due to the forced rotation of the security element;
- Improving the efficiency and reliability of the protection of protected sites by the impossibility of overcoming the barrier.
Social benefits from the implementation of the proposed technical solution, as compared with the prototype obtained by the impossibility of penetrating objects to protect the perimeter of which is applied a security barrier Cobra.
The economic effect of the introduction of the proposed technical solution, as compared with prior art, obtained by ease of manufacture and use of a security barrier for a common parts and materials.
After the description of the proposed barrier, specialists in the given area should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and do not limit having been presented by this example. Numerous possible modifications of the shielding member of the safety barrier, in particular, the number, size strips of barbed wire Egoza used rotary drive and bearings, variants of barbed wire Egoza for frames, the number, length and thickness of the shafts of multipath components, the design of the inner coaxial shielding member and the type of used therein barbed wire may vary in different proportions, and it is clear within the scope of one of ordinary and natural approach in the industry knowledge and considered to be within the scope of the technical solutions.
The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that the protective element on the basis of barbed wire Egoza made turning, there is coaxially arranged additional security element of similar design made on the basis of the same or a different type of barbed wire, which can supply voltage, and the shafts of the multipath components equipped with additional striking elements, and these circumstances combine to allow the proposed purchase security barrier above and other advantages. Change and use of only the individual components of a security barrier, of course, limits the range of the benefits listed above, and cannot be considered as new technical solutions in the field of knowledge, as others like described security barrier no longer require creativity from the designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be considered the results of their creative activity and new intellectual property that fall under the protection of enforcement documents.
