Stamp for manufacturing barbed tape that is the principal killing agent barbed wire Egoza consisting of a matrix and a punch, comprising several pairs of punching elements, each of which consists of two successive oval sectional finger punch members to pierce the oval holes in the model, and rectangular in cross-section breakdown of elements for cutting through bridges between general oval holes in the strip. It is characterized that the first stamp arranged in two rows in a pair of oval cross-section of finger punch elements of which, at a distance of one pitch movement of the model arranged in the first row of rectangular cross-section punch recess elements paired half bridges between common blank lengthwise oval holes. For the manufacture of barbed tapes often are used stamps. The model, which is a continuous metal strip incrementally advance a stamp shaped punches which cuts in the strip elements, more oval, with opposite spikes. Such a method of making barbed tape is most common in the world.

For example, a method of manufacturing barbed tape, consisting in the fact that in a preform as a continuous narrow metal strips at a distance from its axis of symmetry, both sides uniformly penetrate symmetrical outer open pouches jumper between them form a large number of opposed pairs of elements, each of which consists of a base and an oppositely directed spikes arranged outer sides of the element and the tips of each of the studs has corners which are formed between the outer side and the cell sides. The main drawback of the following stamp is that it comprises only one pair of punch. So, if it is applied only get one item (a barbed tape) that is not rational. After the drive power of the stamp is usually possible to produce multiple barbed tapes, but having only one pair of punches allows producing only one tape. In order to form the stamp increased performance it would be necessary to equip a large number of pairs of punches and used as the initial billet wide strip which can simultaneously produce multiple barbed tapes.

On this side, the closest in nature and effect, and which is taken as a prototype, is a stamp for the manufacture of barbed tape, consisting of a matrix and punch and containing several pairs of punch elements, each of which is a two oval finger punching elements oval punching holes in the strip, between which is arranged a rectangular recess for perforating elements jumpers between general oval holes in the strip, with all the pairs of punch elements arranged in a flat perpendicular to the direction of movement of the model at step stamp. The main disadvantage of this stamp is that the punching operation a significant amount of oval holes and cutting of a large number of jumpers has undertaken simultaneously in a single zone for the width of the model. This, on the one hand, leads to excessive load on the model, which is deformed from excessive or, in general, will have local or metal tears completely severed. Such damage to the integrity of the barbed-wire cutting this is invalid defect. Excessive deformation of cut barbed tape elements need to add technology to the mandatory operation of their alignment in the plane for further tight winding on the bobbin. On the other hand, a stamp has too complicated structure because it between punches for punching punches arranged for recessing webs and all the pairs of punches are complex without any distance from the second one in the same zone as the width of the stamp. This stamp is quite difficult to do, because of what it will automatically become expensive technological equipment, which in turn is reflected in the worse in the cost of products (barbed tapes). In addition, random pasture (spatial deformation), multiple barbed tapes in the area of finding a large number of punches, while punching oval holes and recess jumpers can lead to jamming stamp for tamping in its matrix deformed barbed tapes, or total output stamp of failure because of the broken punches.

At the base of the utility model the task of simplifying the stamp structure while reducing its cost and improving manufacturability simultaneous production of several barbed tapes, while reducing defects by separation in time and space operations punching oval holes and cutting of bridges between them by changing the design of the stamp in particular, successive and placement of punches for each machining operation in different zones along the length of the stamp.

This object is achieved by the fact that the punch for producing barbed tape consists of a matrix and a punch, and contains multiple pairs of punching elements, each of which is composed from two successive oval sectional finger punch members to pierce the oval holes in the model, and the rectangular section punching elements for cutting through the bridges between adjacent oval holes in the strip. According to the proposal, stamped first arranged in two rows of pairs of oval in cross-section of finger punching elements, followed at a distance of one step of movement of the model is the first row of half rectangular in cross-section breakdown of elements for cutting through half of the pair of bridges between common lengthwise blank oval holes, for which even at a distance of one and a half steps promoting models is staggered with respect to the first row of the second row in the second half of the rectangular cross-section breakdown of elements for cutting through the remaining bridges. It is understood that the size, roundness punch elements may vary depending on the size of barbed tape and the shape of its cutting elements, the distance between them.

The proposed design of punches and stamps greatly simplifies their design and allows the production of barbed tape sequentially in three stages, the first of which takes place penetration oval pair of holes across the width of the model in two rows, in the second, after leading the blank one step – recess half of the pair of bridges between general oval holes along the length of the model, on the third, after leading the model on a step – cutting of the remaining pair of jumpers on the other line location (the checkerboard pattern) in the model.

Step by step conversion continuous wide billet in several barbed tapes at different times and different areas does not increase the total production time (barbed tape still completely manufactured in one cycle of operation of the stamp), does not increase the size of equipment and eliminates all the shortcomings inherent in the prior art, in particular, excludes the possibility of deformation or twisting barbed tapes directly under the stamp. That is prevented by the discontinuity of the process. There is an opportunity to give up a separate operation alignment barbed tapes before winding them on the spool, to simplify the manufacturing of stamps, and in this way to reduce the cost.

Further essence of the proposed technical solution is explained in conjunction with illustrative pictures, which depicts a perspective view of the matrix and the punch stamp, the manufacturing process of piercing and cutting multiple tapes with a wide model. Single arrow shows the direction of the model along the advancement of the working area of the stamp, double – direction of movement of the punch stamp. Roman numerals are listed the steps of converting a solid billet of several barbed tapes, and under the Roman numerals there is the change of the model corresponding stage. Proposed stamp 1 comprises a matrix and a punch 2. The punch 1 comprises a plurality of pairs of successive and different shaped punch elements. The first serially arranged across the stamp in two rows sequentially oval in cross-section breakdown elements 3 for punching oval holes 4 in the preform 5. The distance between the rows of oval in section 3 of the breakdown of elements determined by the size of the recess 6 barbed tapes 7. If the initial preform 5 was the wider overall width of several barbed tapes 7, it is cut to the width or to a certain size, or are made from extreme sections barbed tape with a few unpaired elements (as in the prototype). To do this, the stamp may be given additional cut-off punches, which are not shown because they are well known.

Proposed stamp work that way. Solid wide model 5 is fed into the working area of the stamp. Further, in the first stage paired oval punch holes 4 across the width of the model 5 in two rows. For this purpose, finger punching oval in cross-section 3 of the simplest elements of the design. The matrix 1 stamp, of course, follow the appropriate oval holes 11. After punching the model 4 5 moves further into the stamp by one step, which is equal to the length of the pockets 6 barbed tapes 7. The second step is the cutting of half of the pair of jumpers 9 between general oval 4 holes for the length of the model 5. For this purpose, the conventional finger punching rectangular in cross-section elements 8 simple design. The matrix 1 stamp, of course, made the corresponding rectangular opening 12. When jumpers recess 9 in the first position again occurs punching 4. After cutting through half jumpers 9 model 5 moves further into the stamp for one the same step. The third step is the cutting of the remaining pair of jumpers 9 through another line location (the checkerboard pattern) in the model 5 using the same finger constructively rectangular in cross-section breakdown elements 10. At this stage, the final separation of the model 5 on the individual barbed tapes 7, with further incremental advancement of the preform 5, out of the work area stamp and wound onto a bobbin (they are not shown due to their notoriety). At the same time, each step is repeated operations punching bridges 4 and 9 penetrative elements 8. Thus, step by step production of several barbed tapes 7 consecutive division model 5 spacious thus relieving pressure from the model 5, smash punch elements 3, 8 and the stamp 10 for a length and is so on the one hand, to simplify its structure, on the other – to reduce the likelihood of excessive deformation barbed tapes 7. The essential difference between the claimed subject matter from the prior art lies in the fact that the stamp punches for punching and cutting through the jumpers are spatially separated along its length. This difference makes it possible to fundamentally change the technology of producing several barbed tapes from one solid billet, in particular, to eliminate excessive deformation of barbed tapes under the stamp, to simplify the production of the latter. None of the known stamps for barbed production of tapes has been mentioned properties, since all the operations of processing the model are made in one place, or even allows to produce only one barbed tape.

The proposed technical solution tested in practice. The stamp does not contain any elements that would be impossible to recreate in the present stage of development of science and technology, in particular, the production of barbed tapes, and therefore acceptable for industrial applications, has certain advantages over the known stamps in view of the proposed changes action stamps on the model, which confirms the achievement of the technical result of the claimed subject. In the well-known sources of information have been identified for the production of these stamps barbed tapes with these essential features in the proposal and therefore relies so that can get legal protection. The main technical advantages of the proposed technical solutions, in comparison with the prior art, include the following:

  • The absence of deformation of barbed tapes under the stamp due to the fact that the final separation into individual strips model is on its exit from the stamp;
  • No need for an additional intermediate step alignment barbed tapes due to the absence of excessive deformation of the latter;
  • The continuity of the manufacturing technology of barbed tapes because exclude the possibility of falling into the holes of the matrix tapes stamp;
  • Simplification of the stamp structure of the diversity punches and stamps in the space.

Social benefits from the use of the proposed stamp for the manufacture of barbed tapes, as compared with the prototype, obtained by increasing the number and reliability of the protection of sensitive sites due to the reduction in price of barbed tapes, due to lower cost of the stamp, which allows to buy it almost anyone.

The economic effect of the introduction of the utility model as compared with the fulfilment of famous technical decisions is obtained by reducing the cost of barbed tapes and stamps to make them. After the description of the aforementioned stamp for manufacturing barbed tape to those skilled in the art knowledge it should be apparent that all of the above is merely illustrative, and not restrictive, and is presented this example. Numerous modifications and other embodiments of the proposed stamp, in particular, the number of punches, their design, the distance between them, the use of preform edges or cutting, etc., may vary in different proportions. Also, he can punch a whole to change structurally. This is normal and natural approach in the following area and is considered as such, it is within the scope of this technical solution.

The quintessence of the proposed technical solution is that, thanks to the new stamp, the conversion operation continuous wide billet into separate barbed tape occurs in stages at different times and this fact allows us to obtain the above-mentioned and other advantages. Modifying and using only the individual elements of the stamp for making barbed tapes, of course, limits the spectrum, these benefits, and cannot rely on new technical solutions in the field of knowledge, as others like described stamp will no longer require any creativity of designers and engineers, and therefore cannot be relied results of their creative activity and new intellectual property, requiring adequate protection protective documents.
